"Pushing Through” - Number ###
On a frigid field of grey erupts a riot of foamy sprays pushing through the cold ash grey with the royalty of deep violet, and that particular vibrancy of an acid hot teal. These focal color hotspots are mitigated by the warmth of metalic gold and cloud-like blooms of white.
Though on the smaller side of my work (8”x10”), this singular piece on stretched canvas began my use of this dynamic color palette in future works yet to be submitted for online sales. It also utilizes The painting is sealed away by a thick and super glossy resin which will protect it to be enjoyed indefinitely without fading.
